1. No, registration is completely free, but a basic registration is required in order to start designing your book cover or view the directories and add a FREE entry. There is nothing to pay and when you have finished designing you can simply sign out if you do not wish to continue or come back anytime to continue or view the directories and have another go designing. 2. Once you have basic registration, you can then design book covers without paying. If you want to have a book completed and printed you need to click on approve your design and go through the basket and pay via Pay Pal. You can always come back later or upload different photos or compositions you have made of your vehicles. Back to top

3. If you have been to a VW Show this year you may have received a Voucher Code from us to claim a 10% discount. If not simply email us and tell us which event you attended and we will send you a 10% discount code. Back to top

4. If you are a member of a VW Club that we have included in the Yearbook your club secretary should have received a special voucher code specific to your club which will give you a 20% discount off the standard price. 5. You enter your discount voucher code when you go to checkout and confirm your delivery address. Back to top

6. If you are not happy to pay over the internet please call us and we will either take your details over the phone or send you an invoice to be paid by cheque. Back to top

7. For security reasons all payments go through Pay Pal, but you do not need a Pay Pal account to use your Credit or Debit card. You will also need to supply a telephone contact so we can deal with any queries. You can apply your discount voucher code when you confirm your delivery address Back to top

8. Landscape photos can only be used on the back cover of the book and so they are turned this way to fit. Back to top

9. To return to your current design page please click on ACCOUNT in the top menu and follow the navigation at the bottom of the page or simply use your browser back button. Back to top

10. If your photos take a long time to upload it may be one of 2 things. Back to top

A. Your image is very large i.e. over 6Mb

B. Your broadband 'upload speed' may not be that fast - check with your provider 

11. If your photos are not uploading correctly it may be due to the rotation of your original camera shot. This can be rectified in 2 ways. Back to top

A. Open your photo in a graphics software program and re save the file - this corrects the orientation. 

B. If your image is under 10Mb please email it to us at: sales@vwagen.com and we will adjust for you and send back within 24hrs.

12. At present the Yearbook contents cannot be edited directly, however if you want to add pages at the front or back of your book about your vehicle or your VW Club please email us with your idea and we will make it happen! You could have 12 pages designed by you (A4). Or we can do a book which is purely about you and your VDub - ask for details. Back to top
